In addition to the extensive exhibition, the event included a rich business program, within which 13 business sessions were held with the participation of 56 speakers.

The work of the exhibitions began with a Plenary Session on the topic "Key Issues of the MMC: Kazakh Content, Investments, Technologies, Logistics, International Partnership". Special attention at the plenary meeting was paid to issues of international cooperation. In her speech, the British Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Republic of Kazakhstan, Sally Axworthy, emphasized that the priority for the British government is growth, business support, and trade, and Kazakhstan is considered a key partner in Central Asia: "I think that, like Kazakhstan, the number one priority for the UK government is growth. It's about supporting business, trade, and developing cooperation with countries like Kazakhstan, which are strategically important to us. The British government has a strategy regarding critical minerals: ensuring sustainable supplies, stimulating domestic production, and partnering with reliable international allies like Kazakhstan. First of all, I want to say: for us, probably the most important market in Central Asia is Kazakhstan. The UK has identified 34 critical minerals needed for our industry, and 27 of them are already being mined in Kazakhstan. I think the country has the rest. Therefore, it is extremely important for us to work here."

Traditionally, the plenary session ended with a ribbon-cutting ceremony, attended by the speakers of the Plenary Session, as well as I. Sharkan, Vice Minister of Industry and Construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan, T. Abdullayev, Chairman of the Board of Directors of JSC "KCDS "Atakent", E. Stroon, CEO of ICA Group. Then the speakers of the Plenary Session, representatives of industry associations, members of diplomatic missions of participating countries, and the organizers of the exhibition took an introductory tour of the exhibition.

During the day, the Kcell Demo Day 2025 took place, where event participants could get acquainted with practical cases of implementing Private LTE/5G in the mining industry and establish direct contacts with telecom industry experts. Exhibiting companies CiDRA Minerals Processing Inc, Epiroc, NLT EUROPE, Proftec, Sandvik Mining conducted a series of training seminars. The Kazakhstan Mining Chamber, in partnership with the PONEN Association, held an open panel session on the topic "The Future of the Mining Industry: Open Dialogue and a Unified Voice."
