TRANSLOGISTICA KAZAKHSTAN 2026 IN THE ACTIVE PREPARATION PHASE: 80% OF THE EXHIBITION SPACE HAS ALREADY BEEN BOOKED, VISITOR REGISTRATION IS OPEN

FROM OCTOBER 14 TO 16, 2026, THE 29TH KAZAKHSTAN INTERNATIONAL TRANSPORT AND LOGISTICS EXHIBITION, TRANSLOGISTICA KAZAKHSTAN 2026, WILL TAKE PLACE IN ASTANA AT THE EXPO INTERNATIONAL EXHIBITION CENTER.

The event will traditionally be held as part of Kazakhstan Transport Week and will become one of the key industry platforms for representatives of the transport and logistics community, freight carriers, forwarding companies, and providers of technology and infrastructure solutions.

Visitor registration is already open, while business interest in participation is confirmed by high demand for exhibition space: more than 80% of the exhibition area has already been booked, and applications for participation with a stand are still being accepted.

Around 300 domestic and foreign companies are expected to take part in the exhibition. To date, the geography of exhibitors includes 16 countries, including Azerbaijan, Belarus, Germany, Georgia, Kazakhstan, China, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the United Arab Emirates, Russia, Romania, Türkiye, Uzbekistan, Switzerland and Estonia. National pavilions will be presented by Belarus, Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia, allowing participants and visitors to become familiar with advanced international practices and promising solutions in transport and logistics.

In 2026, the exhibition will occupy the entire space of the EXPO IEC and will be located in four exhibition halls with a total area of 12,000 square meters. The large-scale exposition will bring together leading market players and demonstrate a wide range of modern services and technologies for the transport and logistics industry.

Visitors will be presented with the best offers in freight transportation and freight forwarding services using land, air and sea transport, solutions for warehouse logistics and cargo storage, as well as innovative IT developments aimed at the digitalization and automation of supply chain management processes. Special attention will be paid to modern technologies that help improve the efficiency of logistics operations, optimize transport routes and develop international transport corridors.

In addition to the large-scale exposition, participants and visitors can look forward to a rich business program, which is traditionally one of the key elements of TransLogistica Kazakhstan. During thematic sessions, discussions and expert meetings, representatives of business, government agencies and the professional community will discuss current challenges and new opportunities in the transport and logistics industry, the development of international transport routes, the introduction of innovative technologies and digital solutions, as well as prospects for strengthening Kazakhstan’s transit potential in the context of a changing global economy.

For nearly three decades, TransLogistica Kazakhstan has remained an important platform for demonstrating industry achievements, finding new partners and strengthening international cooperation in transport and logistics. Participation in the exhibition gives companies the opportunity to present their solutions to a broad professional audience, while visitors can obtain up-to-date information on market trends and prospects for the development of the region’s transport and logistics industry.

The strong interest of the professional community in the exhibition is confirmed by the results of the previous year. In 2025, the event brought together 303 companies from 21 countries and attracted 6,463 targeted visitors, becoming an effective platform for establishing business contacts, developing partnerships and discussing current industry issues.

The exhibition is officially supported by the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan, National Company Kazakhstan Temir Joly JSC, the Union of Transport Workers of Kazakhstan KAZLOGISTICS, the Kazakhstan Association of Carriers and Wagon Operators, and the Association of National Freight Forwarders.
